How do I return?
Please contact us in time and explain the reason for the refund.
We will verify according to your situation and give you feedback within 2 working days.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 calendar days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- The goods do not match the description
- In the original packaging
- with the receipt or proof of purchase
Your items are not eligible for a refund if it is marked as shipped or delivered. Also, we don’t accept refunds on sale items!
If the item you received is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the package with clear and valid proof (photo or video of the item and SKU number). We will negotiate a compensation plan with you based on the degree of damage, such as partial refund/re-send accessories/re-send new products, etc.
After the refund application is successful, we will inform you of the specific address of the refund by email.
Are there any charges for return?
- If returns are not caused by the merchant itself, for example: customer not happy with the product. Customers need to undertake shipping fees and any other costs during the return process.

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Normally it will take 7 calendar days to receive your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
